Heated hot food transport van |
| The New Thermobox Mobile Oven. Manufactured in Scotland, this system can convert many vehicles in to a heated food transport van. This system allows food to be heated in the oven in the van prior to delivery of the hot food by plugging the van into the mains power supply. When the van sets off on its meals on wheels or other hot food delivery round, the vans power supply takes over and keeps the food heated whilst the deliveries are made. Because the food is heated from mains power and the van only has to maintain that temperature the load on the vehicles electric system to keep the food hot is not too great. |
