Food transport trolleys from Thermo Box for hot and/or cold food food transport allow foods to be kept at correct holding and transporting temperature. Temperatures between +3°C and +8°C for cold food and over above 65°C for hot food must be maintained to reduce the risk of bacterial proliferation and fully complying with HACCP standards.
